Description

The Best Stop Pepper Jack Boudin mix rolled into 3.3 oz balls. It is recommended that boudin balls be battered with The Best Stop Boudin Ball Batter prior to frying.
The balls should be fried at 345° degrees for 6-7 minutes. 3.3 oz boudin balls should be thawed prior to frying. Each ball should reach an internal temperature of 165°.
